On 28 July 2027, Brisbane will once again become the meeting point for Australia’s ecosystem science community as TERN hosts its Biennial Science Symposium under the theme “The Power of
The 12th BIOGEOMON conference takes place 8–11 June 2026 in Umeå, Sweden, under the theme “Ecosystems in Transition,” with field excursions to the SITES network and the Svartberget Research Station.
The International Conference on Research Infrastructures returns 2–4 December 2026 in Rome, hosted by Italy’s CNR, with the 2026 ESFRI Roadmap launch and a programme structured around socio-economic impact and science diplomacy.
Representatives from all six GERI partner infrastructures will present the federation’s organisational overview and ongoing development at the European Geosciences Union General Assembly in Vienna, 3–8 May 2026.
